- Document and keep up to date the process within the Medmark service areas
- Propose process and process improvements within the service areas
- Take the lead on the service area to ensure its effective delivery
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure process and procedures are understood and utilised
- Answering phone calls and arranging appointments
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
- Writing letters or recording medical notes
- Filing and typing up reports
- Scheduling off-site clinics
- Supports physician staff by representing physicians
- Providing personal assistant support to medical staff
- Arrange referrals, billing patients and third-party payers
- Maintaining office files and patient records
- Maintain quality results by following and enforcing standards
- Enhances physician office reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Cover for other team members as and when required
