This list of roles and responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the OH Physician is expected to respond to any additional demands that arise outside of these broad headings, once presented to them by the Managing Partner/Clinical Lead, having been deemed to be reasonable and necessary in the context of the demands on the business and the execution of their role.
Our expectations are that the OH Physician will have excellent interpersonal skills and will lead by example in their dealings with fellow colleagues, clients and in managing people.
It is proposed that an additional stipend will come with the role, and that some dairy time will be protected to support delivery of the role.
