Your mission
- Lead Strategic Accounts & Solutions Team: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Strategic Accounts and Solutions team, including staff management, task delegation, and project prioritisation.
- Relationship Management & Key Accounts: Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with Key Account clients, acting as a primary point of contact for high-value customers and ensuring their unique requirements are understood and addressed.
- Process Efficiency & Innovation: Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the team and the wider Operations department. Leverage technology and automation to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Bespoke Service Development: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, and implement tailored solutions for clients who require bespoke services. Ensure that these solutions are aligned with companyobjectivesand deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Project Management & Special Initiatives: Manage special projects that involve cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and innovative approaches to solving complex problems.
- Training & Development: Oversee the creation and delivery of training programs for the wider Operations department, ensuring staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to relevant standards, policies, and quality assurance processes. Work with the team toidentifyareas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on team performance metrics, ensuring that Key Account deliverables, process efficiency goals, and special project milestones are achieved.
- Client Engagement & Satisfaction: Support and engage in periodic reviews with key clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and implement strategies to enhance client experiences.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all aspects of service delivery are aligned with operational KPIs and companyobjectives, providing proactive management of non-standard activities.
- Resource Management: Manage resources within the team, including scheduling, leave management, and staff development.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with other teams, departments, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination across all initiatives.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other duties as required by the role, supporting broader businessobjectivesand initiatives.
